Job Position - Human Resource (HR) Generalist, Corporate Services

Job Description

Support the Manager of Human Resource, Finance and Administration (HRFA) in formulating and implementing human capital and administrative operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefit, learning and development, performance management, rewards, industrial relations, administration, repatriation in line with the SEACEN Centre’s vision, mission and strategic direction.

Job Requirement

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university. Exemption from the required academic qualification would be given to those who have demonstrated competence of at least 7 years as HR practitioner. Exposure in Industrial Relations or HR compliance is an advantage.

 

Experience: A minimum of 5-year experience in a national or regional or international institution in the area of human resource and administration.
