During the SEACEN Accelerate Course on “The Leader in Me”, held from 11–13 June 2025, Deputy Governor Soulysak Thamnuvong of the Bank of the Lao PDR delivered a compelling keynote, calling on leaders to unlock their full potential—especially in times of change—by taking full ownership of how they lead others.
